Caitlin Ballard, assistant director

Mrs. Ballard is a CISD alumna and graduate of Texas A&M University where she majored in Health with a focus in Health Education and English.

Mrs. Ballard brings with her a background of dance and drill team experience. She began her dance career in elementary school as a studio dancer and later served as an officer on both her junior high and high school drill teams. In addition to teaching her the importance of flexibility and precision, Mrs. Ballard’s involvement in drill team has instilled within her the self-discipline, responsibility, and sense of teamwork that she carries with her today. Mrs. Ballard is delighted to take part in and continue to carry on the Highland Girls traditions, and is eager to see what the coming years will hold!
